- What counts as a token?
- One token = one API call to any endpoint. Look up a product, fetch price history, list sellers — each call burns one token. Bulk endpoints batch multiple lookups into one call.
- Does the free tier require a credit card?
- No. 1,000 lookups every month at $0, no card required to start. Accounts inactive for an extended period may be archived to keep the platform efficient — you can reactivate at any time by signing back in.
- Can I upgrade or downgrade any time?
- Yes. Stripe handles the proration. Tokens are bucketed monthly so you keep what you have.
- What happens if I run out of tokens?
- Calls return 429 until your reset date or until you upgrade. We never silently overage-charge.
- What about cross-retailer pricing data?
- Cross-retailer cells (Amazon, eBay, Target, Best Buy, Lowes, Home Depot) are included on every paid tier. The Free tier shows current price + 30 days of history; paid tiers unlock deeper retailer coverage and the API endpoints behind the data.
